We are looking for a Product Integration Staff to support and oversee product integrations, API connectivity, and operational systems. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor integration performance, and ensure smooth and reliable integration processes across B2B, B2C, and marketplace platforms.
Job Description:
- Monitor API integrations, including Booking, Tracking, Tariff, Shipment, and Webhook, as well as pairing systems, webhook activities, and daily data uploads.
- Lead daily and weekly coordination to track integration progress, identify issues, and drive effective solutions.
- Maintain service quality by managing tickets, inquiries, and reports across multiple channels, including WhatsApp, Salesforce, Email, and Discord.
- Manage special integration projects, including application development and integrations with marketplace, corporate B2B, and B2C platforms.
- Provide technical support across teams and ensure smooth and reliable operational system performance.
- Identify potential integration issues and collaborate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in product integration, IT operations, project management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of APIs, system integration, and technical processes.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and make timely, effective decisions.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- English proficiency is preferred.
