Respond and resolve any operation system (i.e Fleet Management System) troubleshooting
Guide operation team on how to use system features
Maintain and update system parameters setting
Conduct Operation System training for new users
Identify visual management opportunity to support optimization in process flow
Conduct regular gemba to identify any operation inefficiencies

Requirements

A bachelor's degree from Industrial Engineering, Informatics Management, or any related field
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Express/Logistics company
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Placement in Sunter, North Jakarta and willing to travel
