In this Role, you'll get to

• Drive product localization for the Indonesia market, covering language, cultural adaptation, compliance, payments, and local service integrations.

• Analyze user behavior, customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities to identify experience gaps and recommend product improvements.

• Partner with global product, design, engineering, and cross-functional teams to prioritize, align, and deliver localized features and enhancements.

• Provide market insights and recommendations to headquarters to influence global product strategy and iterations.

• Develop and execute growth initiatives, including expansion into underpenetrated cities, user acquisition and retention programs, and localized payment solutions to strengthen market penetration and brand consideration.

What you'll Need to Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in business/commerce, Marketing, STEM or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in Product Manager, Growth Manager or similar role.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• Deep understanding of the Indonesia market, particularly in the travel industry.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Strong project management skills to independently track progress and mitigate risks.

• Strong data analytics skills. Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools is a plus.

• Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
