Job Description:
- Maintain and continuously improve the Product Governance Framework in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Develop, review, and update SOPs and templates for product proposals, reviews, and approvals.
- Support the Product Committee Secretariat, including agenda preparation, documentation, and minutes of meetings (MoM).
- Act as secretariat/coordinator for Product Governance, ensuring follow-up on committee decisions and regulatory submissions (RPPB & RPTI).
- Identify pain points in governance processes and recommend simplification while ensuring effective risk management and compliance.
- Coordinate with Product, PMO, IT, Risk, and Compliance to streamline regulatory submissions and minimize project delays.
- Support internal and external audit readiness, including documentation, evidence, and traceability.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in banking product management, risk, compliance, or governance.
- Strong understanding of OJK and BI regulations, particularly for banking and digital products.
- Familiar with product lifecycle management, project governance, or PMO processes.
- High attention to detail with strong documentation and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, practical product procedures.
