We are seeking an experienced Speech Strategy Expert to lead the design and optimization of high-complexity, high-business-value conversational systems. You will go beyond simple script writing, leveraging mature industry insights and project management capabilities to build scalable, measurable conversation solutions that drive core business KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Dialogue Architecture Design: Based on deep understanding of banking/insurance and other industry scenarios, lead the design and continuous iteration of complex conversation flows and speech strategies for AI/chatbots, ensuring alignment with business logic, compliance requirements, and user experience goals.
  2. Full Lifecycle Project Management: Independently manage large-scale speech projects from 0 to 1, including requirement analysis, solution design, development tracking, testing and acceptance, deployment, and post-launch review. Possess strong cross-departmental coordination skills to effectively drive collaboration across R&D, operations, and business teams.
  3. Data-Driven Intelligent Optimization: Establish and refine the robot performance evaluation system. Conduct in-depth analysis of conversation logs, user behavior, and conversion funnels. Utilize scientific methods such as A/B testing to precisely identify issues and propose systematic optimization plans, achieving dual improvements in user experience and business ROI.
  4. Team Empowerment and Standard Building: Consolidate and output professional speech design methodologies, SOPs, and best practices to guide internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications:

  1. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or above; 3+ years of experience in dialogue design, human-computer interaction, user research, or related fields; at least 1 year of team management or large-scale project leadership experience.
  2. Industry and Product Experience (Mandatory): Proven track record of successfully deploying conversational AI products in finance, banking, insurance, e-commerce, or internet SaaS industries.
  3. Project Management Skills: Proficient in agile development processes and tools such as Jira and Confluence. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus. Ability to set clear project milestones with risk anticipation and control.
  4. Mature Methodology: Structured thinking ability with solid user research methodologies such as user journey mapping, service blueprinting, and cognitive load theory. Capable of translating abstract business needs into concrete, executable, and verifiable conversation design solutions.
  5. Communication and Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate complex design concepts to executives, clients, and technical teams.
  6. Language requirement: Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English/Chinese; multilingual candidates preferred.
  7. Innovation and Learning Agility: Highly sensitive to cutting-edge technologies like NLP and LLMs, with the ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies to real-world business scenarios.
