PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR
Job Description
- Develop product concepts and ideas aligned with current market trends and consumer needs
- Conduct market surveys and perform competitor analysis
- Formulate product concepts, including defining claims, USPs, design elements, and packaging
- Oversee the full product development cyclefrom benchmark selection, competitor and sample evaluations, packaging selection, and quality assurance of both product and packaging, to production and final product readiness according to the timeline
- Coordinate product launch preparations with the marketing team, including dummy photos, official store materials, product knowledge, and exclusive box creation
Requirement
- Strong understanding of product development processes, both conceptual and execution stages
- Solid knowledge of product and packaging concepts
- Able to conduct market analysis aligned with current product targets
- Capable of managing product launch timelines and schedules
- Detail-oriented in product reviewing
- Strong communication and public-speaking skills
- Able to work under tight deadlines and multitask effectively
- Demonstrates leadership, responsibility, initiative, proactiveness, creativity, and strong work ethics
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Skilled in Microsoft Project, Excel (Pivot), Word, PowerPoint, and Canva; Photoshop proficiency is an advantage
