Role Description

As a Product Development Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end product development process, from idea to market launch. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about beauty products, including skincare, fragrance, and personal care, and enjoys translating consumer insights into commercially viable products.

The Product Development Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of product development to deliver innovative, high-quality products to market. This full-time, Hybrid role is based in Bekasi, Indonesia.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting market and competitor research, developing and evaluating product samples, coordinating with manufacturers and suppliers, coordinating product management activities, ensuring that product goals align with company strategies, and ensuring products meet quality, cost, and brand requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong interest or experience in beauty products (skincare, fragrance, personal care)
• Experience in market and competitor research within consumer or beauty categories
• Familiar with product development processes such as sampling, testing, and iteration
• Able to coordinate effectively with manufacturers and suppliers
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of product quality, formulation, and packaging
• Good communication skills for cross-team and external coordination
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Product Development, or a related field. Hands-on experience in beauty product development is highly valued
