Roles/Responsibilities:
To support product design tasks:
1. Prepare Business Requirement (BR) and product concept
2. Review and ensure consistency of TM, brochures, illustrations, FAQs, and all product communications
3. Develop product specification
4. Prepare policy wording and endorsements
5. Draft customer and stakeholder communication letters
-6. Create test scenarios and support UAT/testing
7. Ensure product readiness before launch
8. Prepare internal memo to group and governance documents
9. Manage OJK submission and all required supporting documents
10. Conduct product socialization to internal stakeholders
11. Support complaint handling related to product design and communication
Requirements:
1. Graduated from Mathematics/ Statistics/ Actuary/IT with at least 2 years of experience in Product / Project Management / Business Analyst
2. Having Strong knowledge in Ms. Office especially Excel
3. Strong analytical skills to understand data, detail oriented
4. Able to adapt and work in fast-paced and dynamic working style
5. Good presentation skills and willing to challenge oneself to present to a crowd
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
