We are currently looking for an experienced Product Development Manager to join our team and help create outstanding products that align with market trends and customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the product lifecycle from concept to mass production.
- Conduct market research on trends, materials, technology, and design for product innovation.
- Collaborate with design, production, and marketing teams to ensure products meet quality standards and market demands.
- Lead product testing and performance evaluation before market launch.
- Oversee material sourcing and ensure cost-effectiveness in product development.
- Manage project timelines and ensure each stage of product development stays on schedule.
- Coordinate with suppliers and external partners for new product development.
Qualifications
- Already domiciled in Bali.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Product Design, Management, or a related field.
- Related experience in product development, preferably in furniture or decorative products.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, product design, and materials.
- Experience in project management and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Creative and analytical thinking to develop innovative and competitive products.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in product design concept and software (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Adobe Illustrator) is a plus.
