Product Development Lead

Job Descriptions

i. Develop, update, and ensure the implementation of SOPs, engineering guidelines, coding standards, and software development standards.

ii. Determine the priority of the technical backlog, sprint scope, release plan, and technical timeline in line with the Product Roadmap.

iii. Provide approval for Technical Design and SA Test Scenarios.

iv. Determine the technical approach and solution implementation for the product areas under their responsibility, in accordance with the Architecture Guideline.

v. Have the authority to delay a release if deliverables do not meet the Definition of Done (DoD), quality gate, or established engineering standards.

vi. Escalate strategic technical issues to the Product Development Head.

vii. Propose resource needs, technical improvements, automation, and AI adoption to improve team quality and productivity.

Requirements

i. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field

ii. Minimum 5 years of software development experience, including 2-3 years as a Team Lead or

Senior Technical Role

iii. Experienced in developing Enterprise Applications or Core System Products

iv. Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Architecture, Software

Design Patterns, API Integration, Database Design, Code Review, Unit Testing, Performance,

Security, and Agile/Scrum

v. Able to lead technical teams, manage sprints, perform effort estimation, control technical risk,

and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

vi. Good communication, analytical, problem-solving, technical mentoring, and continuous improvement skills

vii. Familiar with AI-assisted Development Tools, CI/CD, Project Management Tools (Jira/Azure

DevOps), Git, SonarQube, and Automation Testing Frameworks
