Product Development Engineer

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform product improvement, optimization, and development activities
• Conduct selection and evaluation of supporting materials for products and processes
• Handle laboratory trials and plant trials
• Support investigation and resolution of customer complaints related to product performance
• Prepare technical reports and documentation related to development activities

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience in a petrochemical company
• Strong understanding of: material science, manufacturing processes, quality testing, product development methodologies
• Good analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail
• Able to work collaboratively across functions
• Willing to be placed in Balongan, West Java
