Design and develop syllabus for our workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
Create comprehensive Terms of Reference (ToR) for speakers and trainers to ensure clarity on objectives and expectations
Coordinate and conduct meetings with speakers to align on content and deliverables
Conduct thorough literature reviews and in-depth interviews with Aksoros users or customers to continuously improve program quality based on real insights and feedback.
Collaborate with internal teams to support product promotion and execution strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in any field (preferably in Management, Business, or a related major)
Proven experience min. 1-2 years in product development, particularly within the education or training sector
Strong research skills, with a passion for uncovering insights and trends to drive innovation
Excellent communication and organizational skills for effective collaboration with speakers and stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and timeline
