Key Responsibilities:
- Design products by implementing and using principles in UI/UX, detailed interactions, displays, and visual designs.
- Attention to and considering the wishes of users, business continuity, and technological feasibility are the three things that are the responsibility of a product designer as a facilitator to find the intersection.
- Participate, contribute, and be responsible for formulating, determining, and measuring the success of product metrics.
- Collaboration, coordination, and synchronization with internal teams (product, business, and technology) in formulating, designing, and building innovative solutions for users.
- Coordination in carrying out tasks and supporting the entire design team.
- Conduct product evaluations to see whether the resulting design is successful and functioning correctly by using the Heuristic Evaluation approach and seeing the success of product metrics.
Requirements
- At least a bachelor's degree in industrial design, product design, visual communication design, fine arts, or relevant discipline.
- Minimum one year experience as UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar roles.
- Expert in the design process, UI/UX principles, Gestalt principles, and Heuristic Usability.
- Utilize research & analytics data, and apply design principles, brand principles, or other objective information to support decisions in product design.
- Able to consider the whole picture while working through details.
- Deep understanding of the connection between research, ideating, and wireframing through the design process.
- The ability to use software and technology to create and develop products, prototypes, and product mockups.
- Knowledge of technologies, behavior, and experience designing for multiple device types and contexts (e.g., iOS, Android, Web).
- Foster a strong design culture by collaborating with colleagues and with members of multidisciplinary project teams.
- Advocating user-centric design and principles results in a great customer experience.
