PRODUCT DESIGNER (SHOES & BAG)

Job Description : 

1. Design and develop seasonal collections for women's bags and footwear aligned with brand identity

2. Research fashion trends, materials, colors, and market insights to create relevant and competitive designs

3. Create mood boards, sketches (hand-drawn or digital), and technical drawings for product development

4. Collaborate with product development, merchandising, and production teams to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective

5. Select materials, trims, colors, and hardware suitable for each design

6. Oversee sample development process and provide feedback for improvements

7. Ensure product quality, functionality, and comfort meet brand standards

8. Work closely with suppliers/vendors for material sourcing and production follow-up

9. Maintain design documentation and product specifications

10. Support fitting sessions and evaluate prototypes before mass production

Job Requirements : 

1. Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Product Design, or related field

2. Minimum 2–4 years of experience in bag and/or footwear design (women's category preferred)

3. Strong portfolio showcasing bags and/or shoes design projects

4. Proficient in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools)

5. Strong understanding of materials (leather, synthetic, fabric) and construction techniques

6. Knowledge of fashion trends, especially in women's accessories

7. Detail-oriented with strong sense of aesthetics and functionality

8. Ability to translate concepts into commercial products

9. Good communication and teamwork skills

10. Able to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects

11. Experience working with manufacturers or suppliers is a plus
