JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Create outstanding UX and UI, balancing creativity with practicality, ensuring delightful user experiences while meeting business goals
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma
- Own the product design process from concept, through discovery to final delivery
- Work closely with product managers, designers, writers, and engineers to collaborate on planning and ensure seamless implementation of designs
- Good in data-driven decision-making, translating usage data, feedback and experimentation results into actionable insights
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 45 years of relevant work experience in product design or related fields
- A strong portfolio showcasing product design projects, from research to final execution
- Strong skills in UI/UX design, interaction design, and visual design
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
- Solid understanding of design systems, accessibility, and responsive design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for sharing design decisions
Working arrangement:
- Contract based 6 + 12 months under outsource (possible to extend)
- WFO at Kedoya Jakbar
