Role Summary

We are looking for a Product Designer to own and drive end-to-end design execution across our product ecosystem. This role will replace an existing function and operate as the sole Product Designer, requiring strong ownership, independence, and strategic thinking. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to translate user needs and business goals into intuitive, scalable, and high-impact design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end design in a lean and fast-paced environment (research, wireframing, prototyping, UI), with a strong bias toward delivery
• Deliver practical, user-centric solutions that balance speed, feasibility, and impact
• Act as the sole and go-to person for all product design needs
• Translate product requirements into clear, actionable, and implementable designs
• Partner with Engineering teams to ensure smooth and fast implementation
• Communicate design decisions clearly, focusing on trade-offs and practicality
• Use AI tools to accelerate workflows (e.g., wireframing, prototyping, ideation)
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively under evolving requirements
• Continuously improve designs based on feedback, data, and product needs

What We're Looking For

• 3–6 years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or related roles
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to increase speed and efficiency in design workflows
• Strong proficiency in Figma is mandatory
• Strong portfolio demonstrating hands-on execution across multiple shipped products
• Proven ability to work fast, iterate quickly, and deliver under tight timelines
• Solid UX thinking and visual design skills, with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
• Experience working in fast-paced, startup-like environments
• Comfortable working without rigid processes and able to adapt to ambiguity
• Experience as an individual contributor or sole designer is a strong advantage
• Strong communication skills with the ability to align quickly with stakeholders
