We are looking for a business-minded Product Designer who refuses to stay in the Figma box. You will bridge the gap between Market Needs, Product Strategy, and Technical Execution.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with the Product Owner to translate high-level business goals into concrete user flows.
- Track and challenge Success Metrics for every designfocusing on usability, conversion, and retention
- Create high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and production-ready UI assets for our products
- Work side-by-side with developers during the sprint to ensure its function and clarify edge cases.
- Collaborating with the team to do discovery discussion with prospective clients
Requirements:
- 2+ years in Digital Product Design / Software engineering (SaaS experience preferred)
- Comfortable inspecting elements in a browser (DevTools) to give specific feedback to engineers.
- Experience conducting UAT (User Acceptance Testing) or Visual QA
- Comfortable speaking with external stakeholders
- Hard skill: Figma, Jira, basic HTML/CSS understanding
- Experience in product-led growth or supporting Sales/Marketing teams with visual assets is a huge plus.
