Job Introduction

In this role, you will shape the visual identity and user experience of our products across web, Android, and iOS. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to translate ideas into intuitive, polished interfaces that solve real user problems. Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the project and engineering team to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Set design requirements based on briefs from internal teams.
- Generate clear ideas, concepts, and graphical assets from beginning to end.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Research materials and techniques.
- Analyze how new products align with market needs and consumer preferences.
- Identify opportunities for new products.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX issues while continuously improving the user experience.
- Present ideas, concepts, and design solutions to various stakeholders.
- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Define and maintain the design system.
- Design for web, Android, and iOS platforms.
- Test functionality.
- Improve the design of existing products.
- Gather feedback from product users.
- Deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, generate visual explorations, draft copy, and streamline repetitive design tasks.
- Integrate AI thoughtfully into product experiences where it adds genuine user value by partnering with engineering and product teams to shape AI-powered features.
Job Requirements
- Strong sense of design aesthetics, including layout, color, typography, and user experience.
- Proven track record in designing user interfaces.
- Demonstrable UI design skills with a compelling portfolio.
- Extensive experience creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
- Proficiency in design, prototyping, and wireframing tools, particularly Figma.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Comfortable using Notion for project management, documentation, and cross-team collaboration.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Jitter, motion design, and video editing is a plus.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Strong creative problem-solving skills.
- Bonus: Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Passionate and detail-oriented. You have a keen eye for quality—even if a button's text is off-center by a single pixel, you'll want to fix it.
