Product Designer

Reporting to: CPO / CEO
Role Summary
We are looking for a Product Designer who can design impactful, scalable, and detail-oriented user experiences for complex digital products. This role goes beyond visual design and you will be responsible for shaping end-to-end user journeys, handling edge cases, and translating product and business requirements into intuitive, high-quality interfaces.
You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to solve problems that involve multi-step workflows, structured data, and system-level thinking. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating ambiguity, balancing user needs with technical constraints, designing with a high level of precision and pleasant user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end product experiences, from discovery and concept to high-fidelity UI and implementation support
- Translate complex requirements into clear user flows, wireframes, and interaction designs
- Handle detailed design scenarios, including edge cases, empty states, error handling, and conditional logic
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and well-implemented
- Contribute to and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across the product
- Produce clear design documentation and specifications for development handoff
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data insights, and business priorities
- Advocate for users while balancing product, technical, and operational constraints
Qualifications
- Min 4 years of experience in product design or UI/UX design
- Proven experience designing digital products ecosystem
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process, not just final UI outputs
- Experience working in cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Business)
- Proficiency with Figma
- Understanding of design systems, interaction design, and usability principles
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
