In this role, you'll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to turn business and product requirements into thoughtful design solutions. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of features from early exploration and user flows through design, handoff, and post-launch improvement.

What You'll Do

  • Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for new and existing product features.
  • Translate business and product requirements into clear user problems and practical design solutions.
  • Validate design decisions through user feedback, usability testing, or product data.
  • Identify usability and consistency issues and propose solutions based on user impact, data, and technical feasibility.
  • Prepare developer-ready designs and clear design specifications for smooth handoff and implementation.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, and other stakeholders, clearly communicating design rationale.
  • Take ownership of assigned features from design exploration through post-launch review, while continuously improving through feedback and learning.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field, with a portfolio showcasing relevant product design work.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, including high-fidelity UI design, prototyping, components, and design systems.
  • Good understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, accessibility, user flows, and wireframing.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • Proactive, curious, detail-oriented, and open to feedback, with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.p
