Product Designer

The Product Designer is responsible for end-to-end product design execution across mobile and desktop dashboards, ensuring solutions are user-centered, scalable, and aligned with product strategy. The role bridges user needs, business goals, and technical constraints, while maintaining design quality throughout discovery, delivery, and development.

Job Description

• Design and deliver end-to-end product experiences for mobile and desktop dashboards, from concept to final handoff.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Content Writers throughout discovery, design, and delivery phases.
• Perform content writing to ensure UX copy is clear, consistent, and aligned with user experience principles.
• Support and conduct qualitative research initiatives, including usability testing and in-depth user interviews.
• Contribute to and maintain the design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and adoption across products.
• Create and maintain design documentation, including design rationale and decision logs for team alignment and future reference.
• Work effectively in async collaboration environments, iterating on designs based on feedback and constraints.
• Perform design quality assurance (QA) during development to ensure implementation matches design intent and usability standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or UI/UX Designer working on digital products.
• Strong proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration.
• Hands-on experience with qualitative research methods, including usability testing and in-depth interviews.
• Experience creating, managing, or contributing to a design system.
• Solid understanding and application of Design Thinking principles.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate design decisions clearly.
• Experience using quantitative data to inform design decisions is a plus.
