Product Delivery - XL

Description

Job Purpose:

To execute end-to-end product delivery initiatives by translating product strategies into actionable plans, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring timely and effective product launches, enhancements, and lifecycle activities.

Main Responsibilities

• Translate product strategy and requirements into clear delivery plans, timelines, and execution milestones for product launches and enhancements.
• Lead day-to-day project coordination across Product, Network, IT, Digital, Sales, Finance, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage product implementation activities, including requirements gathering, testing, readiness checks, launch coordination, and post-launch monitoring.
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify delivery issues, improvement opportunities, and required corrective actions.
• Maintain project documentation, track key milestones and dependencies, and provide regular progress updates to Product leadership and relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

Academic

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  
  

Professional / Experience

• Strong knowledge of XL Prepaid product portfolio and telecommunications business.
• Proven experience in project delivery and cross-functional stakeholder management, with the ability to collaborate and influence multiple stakeholders.
• Strong project management and execution skills, including managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
