Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Carry out daily administrative tasks, including purchase transactions, POS system entries, customer checkouts, and other related duties
  2. Maintain a clean and professional store environment to create a pleasant shopping experience
  3. Handle customer feedback and complaints appropriately; assist in resolving daily operational issues within the team#
  4. Achieve individual sales targets and support the team in meeting overall sales goals
  5. Provide customers with comprehensive product knowledge and usage demonstrations
  6. Organize internal product knowledge training to improve the team's overall expertise
  7. Strictly follow company policies regarding asset usage, safekeeping, and inventory management

Qualifications:

  1. College degree or above
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a sales advisor; background in 3C (consumer electronics), FMCG, or retail industry preferred
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
  4. Strong communication skills, customer service mindset, and problem-solving ability
  5. High sense of responsibility and strong team spirit
  6. Administrative management experience is a plus
