Product Associate

As a Product Associate, you'll play a key role in enhancing our users experience by managing the daily operations of our gaming products. You will also spearhead and contribute to product improvement initiatives, making a direct impact on our games and the users.

Job Description

• Oversee daily product operations including configuration management, quality assurance, live environment monitoring, and handling of bugs or hacks.
• Monitor and analyze product performance, conducting in-depth investigations into health metrics and user reports to ensure smooth, high-quality player experiences.
• Engage with market trends and user communities to gather insights that drive continuous product improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams both locally and globally to address product-related challenges and deliver effective solutions.
• Develop impactful product improvement proposals in collaboration with research and operations teams.
• Support additional product initiatives or ad-hoc tasks as required to meet business and operational goals.

• Minimum a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Engineering, or other related fields (fresh graduates or early-career professionals with relevant internship or project experience are welcome to apply)
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel, data interpretation, and basic strategic research to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous, with proven ability to handle tasks requiring accuracy and consistency.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bahasa and English along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Highly passionate about games with a good knowledge of the gaming industry in Indonesia having a deeper curiosity for game products and the industry's best practices
