Product Design and Development
Comprehensive understanding of investment product.
Product design and development through collaboration with investment to create product that serves the unique needs of institutional investors and APERDs.
Campaign Execution & Digital Marketing
Oversee integrated marketing campaigns with digital APERD and traditional channels.
Analytics
Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify SeaAM Position and new growth opportunities.
Strategy & Brand Development
Develop an annual marketing strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and leadership vision.
Manage the launch of new investment products with an effective Go-To Market strategy.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing, Finance, or Business. Master's degree (S2/MBA) highly preferred.
Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of experience in asset management marketing.
Experience dealing and handling with institutional investors and APERDs
Deep understanding of asset management products including global funds.
Have wide network of APERDs and institutional investors such as insurance companies, pension funds and corporations
Technical: Proficient in using modern marketing tools and marketing automation platforms.
Soft Skills: Strategic communication skills, negotiation skills, and critical thinking skills in navigating economic market dynamics.
