Role Overview

As a Product Analyst at VIDA, you will play a critical role in shaping our digital identity products. Youll combine data-driven insights with an understanding of market trends, user behavior, and organizational objectives to help guide our product decisions. Working closely with cross-functional teamsProduct Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and other stakeholdersyou will ensure that we continue to deliver seamless, reliable, and innovative digital identity solutions that meet the needs of our clients and users.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret product usage data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to communicate product insights to the team and senior management.
  • Provide data-driven insights to guide product strategy and decision-making.

User Behavior & Market Research

  • Monitor user behavior and feedback to understand how our digital identity solutions are adopted in various industries.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Extract insights from customer voice data and feedback to identify product pain points and opportunities.

Experimentation & Hypothesis Testing

  • Design and execute A/B tests and other experiments to validate hypotheses and improve product performance.
  • Establish and monitor cause-and-effect analysis to measure the impact of new features and optimizations.
  • Collaborate with PMs to define and refine experiment success metrics.

Product Strategy & Roadmap Support

  • Collaborate with Product Managers to refine product roadmaps based on data insights and industry best practices.
  • Help prioritize feature development by evaluating potential impact, costs, and alignment with VIDAs overall objectives.
  • Guide PMs in discovering new features, enhancing existing features, and fixing customer-reported issues using data-driven insights, started by narrating a BRD.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of product goals and user experience.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations that influence product direction and drive consistent improvements in product quality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of analytics and experimentation frameworks.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Continuously track product performance metrics and conduct root-cause analysis when performance indicators shift.
  • Propose and implement optimization tactics to enhance product adoption, user engagement, and overall satisfaction.
  • Utilize tools like Mixpanel, Datadog and SQL queries to extract and analyze product data effectively.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Support regular audits, ensuring our digital identity products comply with applicable regulations and industry standards.
  • Assist in testing new features and updates to guarantee a high-quality user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in product analytics, business intelligence, or a related rolepreferably in tech, fintech, or SaaS.

Analytical & Technical Proficiency

  • Strong understanding of data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel).
  • Experience working with product analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or similar).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Holistics).
  • Understanding of frontend (FE) and backend (BE) workflows to analyze technical impacts on product functionality.

Product Insight & Business Acumen

  • Knowledge of digital identity, eKYC, or fintech products is a plus.
  • Ability to translate complex data findings into strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Experience in guiding Product Managers to refine product roadmaps based on data-driven insights.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to present insights in a clear and compelling manner to non-technical audiences.

Problem-Solving & Adaptability

  • Strong attention to detail, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, proactively finding solutions to challenges.
