Gather, analyze, and document business and product requirements
Translate business needs into clear, structured, and actionable requirement specifications (BRDs, FSDs, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows).
Ensure requirements are properly managed throughout their lifecycle, including updates, traceability, and version control.
Evaluate solution options and provide recommendations based on feasibility, business impact, and alignment with strategic objectives.
Work closely with stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve conflicts, and ensure mutual understanding.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams operating in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall environments to ensure seamless project execution.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirement documents, flowcharts, diagrams, meeting minutes, and change logs.
Ensure adherence to SDLC best practices and organizational governance.
Analyze and understand general banking workflows, business processes, and regulatory considerations to ensure product solutions align with industry standards.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
Have at least 3 years of experience in Product Analysis,Project Management, Business Analysis, or related field
Experience working in cross-functional teams within an Agile or Waterfall environment.
Ability to analyze and provide solutions for project development
Ability to create project documentation
Hands-on experience with Jira for backlog management, workflow tracking, and sprint coordination.
Understanding of SDLC processes
Strong knowledge of Product Analyst Based on Knowledge (BABOK) principles, including elicitation, requirements analysis, requirements life cycle management, solution evaluation, and stakeholder collaboration.
Solid understanding of Project Management Based on Knowledge (PMBOK) methodologies and best practices, including project planning, risk management, scope control, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
