Job Description

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and product requirements
  • Translate business needs into clear, structured, and actionable requirement specifications (BRDs, FSDs, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows).
  • Ensure requirements are properly managed throughout their lifecycle, including updates, traceability, and version control.
  • Evaluate solution options and provide recommendations based on feasibility, business impact, and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve conflicts, and ensure mutual understanding.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams operating in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall environments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirement documents, flowcharts, diagrams, meeting minutes, and change logs.
  • Ensure adherence to SDLC best practices and organizational governance.
  • Analyze and understand general banking workflows, business processes, and regulatory considerations to ensure product solutions align with industry standards.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in Product Analysis,Project Management, Business Analysis, or related field
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams within an Agile or Waterfall environment.
  • Ability to analyze and provide solutions for project development
  • Ability to create project documentation
  • Hands-on experience with Jira for backlog management, workflow tracking, and sprint coordination.
  • Understanding of SDLC processes
  • Strong knowledge of Product Analyst Based on Knowledge (BABOK) principles, including elicitation, requirements analysis, requirements life cycle management, solution evaluation, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Solid understanding of Project Management Based on Knowledge (PMBOK) methodologies and best practices, including project planning, risk management, scope control, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
  • Knowledge of general banking flows
  • Willing to work onsite at Central Jakarta
