Provide expert advice and guidance on network infrastructure, architecture, and technologies to customers during the presales phase.
Collaborate with the sales team and customers to design tailored network solutions that address customer needs, focusing on scalability, security, and performance.
Work with the sales team to create detailed technical proposals, presentations, and RFP (Request for Proposal) responses that align with customer requirements.
Develop and deliver PoC demonstrations for customers to showcase how proposed network solutions will meet their needs.
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to key stakeholders, explaining complex network solutions in a clear, understandable manner.
Stay up-to-date with the latest networking technologies, products, and industry trends to provide the most relevant solutions to customers.
Work closely with sales teams to understand customer business objectives and tailor solutions that deliver value. Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to ensure the proposed solutions can be implemented effectively.
Perform network assessments for existing customers to identify potential opportunities for improvement and propose upgrades or new solutions.
Act as a point of contact for customers during the presales process, addressing questions, concerns, and any technical challenges.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in information technology, System Information, Computer Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Presales Engineer or Network Engineer.
Understanding of Enterprise Network Products and Network Security Products is a MUST
Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to present to audiences ranging from C-Level executives to end-users. Can clearly articulate the value that Profile products bring to an organization and earn trusted advisor respect. Capable of delivering well-executed system presentations and effectively conveying the product's value.
