Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Min. 5 years in purchasing, incl. 2 years in a supervisory role
• Experience in procuring General Affairs & General Services, including office rent, renovation, maintenance, travel, insurance, outsourcing, subscriptions, office supplies, furniture, cleaning, and security services.
• Familiar with procurement SOPs and compliance
• Skilled in team management and development
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Odoo ERP

Responsibilities:

• Manage purchasing of general needs and services
• Source and negotiate with vendors for the best quality, price, and delivery
• Implement SOPs and improve procurement workflows
• Create and manage Surat Perjanjian Kerja
• Lead cost-reduction initiatives
• Supervise and support the procurement team
• Report procurement activities to the Procurement Manager
