Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.

Responsibilities:

• Process asset requests (laptops, printers, mobile phones, etc.)
• Handle IT division requirements (technical support: CCTV, cables, cartridges, etc.)
• Manage maintenance needs (Head Office, Stores, Warehouse)
• Process event requirements (booths, manpower, etc.)
• Handle store opening and pull-out requirements
• Manage vendor invoice administration and coordinate with the Finance Department to ensure smooth and timely payment processing

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in procurement (especially in building maintenance, events, booths, and IT)
• Good command of English (both written and spoken)
• Strong timeline management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, etc.)
• Good understanding of procurement processes
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction
• Ability to lead and motivate a professional procurement team
• Ability to identify and resolve issues related to procurement, supply chain, or vendor performance
• Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and pricing
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and reporting skills
• Responsive, proactive, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
