Job Description

Responsibilities

Source and selectelectrical material suppliersbased on quality, pricing, and delivery performance.
Request, evaluate, and comparesupplier quotationsto ensure competitiveness.
Prepare procurement documents and issuePurchase Orders (PO).
Monitor material deliveries and follow up onoutstanding orders.
HandleNon-Conformance Reports (NCR)with suppliers when required.
Maintain procurement records and activities in theSAP system.
Ensure procurement processes comply with company procedures and standards.

Requirements

MinimumDiploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum1 years of experiencein procurement or purchasing (electrical or industrial background preferred).
Strong understanding ofelectrical materials and components.
Proficient inMicrosoft Office, especiallyExcel.
Able to communicate effectively inEnglish, both written and spoken.
Goodcommunication and negotiationskills.
Strongproblem-solving and decision-makingabilities.
Able to workindependently and collaborativelyin a team environment.
Basicleadership skillsare an advantage.
