Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement activities, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and requirements.
  • Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure compliance with contracts and service level agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and contracts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.
  • Experience in the creative, media & broadcasting, or entertainment industry is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
