Job Description

• Execute sourcing strategies for MRO commodities (such as tooling, jigs, fixtures, spare parts) and equipment/machineries
• Source, manage RFQ process, evaluate supplier proposals and develop competitive suppliers for MRO & equipment/machineries
• Carry out price & contract negotiation, cost reduction, and alternative sourcing and ensure all purchase prices are maintained in the system in a timely manner
• Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Engineering, Operations and Maintenance for purchase and technical specification requirement
• Track and expedite orders to meet project schedules
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and monitor their performance regarding quality and on-time delivery.

Requirement

• Minimum 5 years experiences in Sourcing & manufacturing procurement specifically in MRO & machinery procurement
• Strong technical knowledge of industry equipment and tooling
• Proven negotiation, costs analysis and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with ERP system and procurement tools
• Drive for local source to support Tooling for Injection Molding, Fabricate Tooling for Component
