Lead and execute the entire procurement process from supplier sourcing, price negotiation, and contract finalization to purchase order and delivery monitoring.
Develop and implement procurement strategies that ensure cost efficiency, quality assurance, and timely fulfillment aligned with company goals.
Maintain supplier relationships, conduct regular vendor performance evaluations, and ensure service quality and compliance.
Manage procurement budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or timelines.
Review and manage vendor contracts, ensuring timely renewals, extensions, or terminations while maintaining an accurate and up-to-date contract database.
Ensure transparency and compliance across all procurement activities, adhering to company policy and relevant regulations.
Handle procurement for office operations (e.g., pantry supplies, stationery, office equipment) to maintain smooth daily business functions.
Reporting and providing regular updates to stakeholders, analysis, and recommendations to enhance procurement efficiency
Create new initiatives by identifying areas that require improvement
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement or General Affairs, with a strong track record in end-to-end procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
Bachelor's Degree in Management or related field.
Fluent in English is mandatory; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
Proven experience in budget management and procurement cost optimization.
Strong expertise in vendor sourcing, performance evaluation, contract review, and procurement database management.
Excellent interpersonal communication for effective collaboration with vendors, internal stakeholders, and management.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple procurement priorities and deadlines independently.
Solid understanding of procurement regulations, compliance requirements, and ethical sourcing practices.
