Job Description

Requirements:

  • Possess Bachelor's Degree in any major.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experiences in Procurement field is required for this position.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Google Suite.
  • Good interpersonal, communication skill, focus and fast-learner.
  • Detail oriented, good accuracy in administration, fast pace and perform teamwork spirit.
  • Work location : Head Office, West Jakarta.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and analyze requests for lab and non-lab materials to ensure specifications align with user requirements.
  • Evaluate offers from potential suppliers to ensure compliance with purchasing principles: the right price, quantity, time, place, and quality.
  • Conduct cost allocation grouping and price negotiations in line with quality standards to obtain the best products.
  • Issue and send Purchase Orders (PO), monitor payment administration (invoices, advances), and ensure proper receipt of goods.
  • Archive all purchasing documents (lab and non-lab) to maintain well-structured records for future reference
  • Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships to achieve more efficient procurement.
  • Prepare and submit periodic procurement activity reports to the Head of Procurement.
