Procurement Specialist

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Procurement Specialist role based in Tangerang. The Procurement Specialist will manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, preparing and processing purchase orders, and maintaining accurate procurement records. The role involves evaluating supplier performance, supporting contract negotiations, and ensuring materials are delivered on time, at the right quality, and within budget. The Procurement Specialist will collaborate closely with operations, finance, and warehouse teams to forecast demand, optimize inventory levels, and align procurement plans with project timelines. The role also includes monitoring market trends, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and contributing to continuous improvement of procurement processes and systems.

Qualifications

• Strong procurement and purchasing skills, including experience with Purchase Orders and end-to-end Procurement processes.
• Proficiency in Supplier Evaluation, including assessing quality, reliability, pricing, and service performance.
• Experience in Contract Negotiation, with the ability to secure favorable terms while maintaining positive supplier relationships.
• Well-developed Analytical Skills for cost analysis, demand forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in construction, building materials, or related industrial sectors is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Tangerang and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with procurement or ERP software.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Professional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; English communication skills are an advantage.
