Procurement Specialist

• Locate vendors of chemical category and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales.
• Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for goods.
• Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
• Maintain and monitor deliverance of goods ordered and shipment.
• Participate in the development of specifications for project equipment, products or substitute materials.
• Represent companies in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers.

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
• Experience in MRO purchasing is required.
• Proficient in operating SAP.
• Willing to be placed in Marunda, North Jakarta.
