Procurement Sourcing Manager

We are looking for an experienced procurement professional to lead sourcing activities for raw materials, with a strong focus on paper and packaging materials. This role is responsible for developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring uninterrupted material availability to support manufacturing operations and export requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead procurement sourcing activities for paper, packaging, and other assigned raw materials.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop qualified local and international suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts to achieve cost efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure timely procurement and 100% material availability to support production schedules.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Planning, Warehouse, Quality, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Manage import/export procurement processes and coordinate with logistics partners when required.
• Utilize ERP systems to manage procurement transactions, inventory planning, and reporting.
• Lead, coach, and develop the procurement sourcing team while driving operational excellence.
• Stay updated on market trends, material pricing, and potential supply risks to support strategic sourcing decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement within the manufacturing industry.
• Previous experience in sourcing paper and/or packaging materials is highly preferred.
• Experience leading or supervising a procurement team.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and strategic sourcing skills.
• Good understanding of inventory management, procurement planning, and supply chain processes.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Infor, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of import/export procurement and logistics processes is an advantage.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
