Job Description

What You Will Do :

Support project-related procurement activities to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and align procurement with project needs.
Assist in vendor selection and negotiation preparation under supervisor guidance.
Manage day-to-day procurement documentation, purchase orders, and vendor coordination for assigned projects.
Monitor supplier performance and prepare procurement reports to support project tracking and compliance.
What We're Looking for :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Experience in sourcing or procurement, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Good understanding of sourcing processes, cost optimization, and vendor management.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Professional proficiency in English.
Willing to be based on-site in Cikarang.
