Develop, implement, and continuously improve quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure operational excellence.
Review and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), ensuring all improvements are effectively implemented and consistently applied.
Monitor the team's daily OKRs, ensure performance targets are achieved, and prepare comprehensive weekly performance reports.
Initiate and drive process improvement initiatives by collaborating closely with Developers, Product teams, and relevant Stakeholders.
Ensure all procurement processes comply with company policies, internal controls, and applicable regulations.
Manage end-to-end procurement activities (goods and services) for projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, specification compliance, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related fields)
Strong understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) processes and methodologies, including Manual Testing, Automation Testing, Regression Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Proven ability to develop, evaluate, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and QA Guidelines.
Experience in conducting root cause analysis and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Solid understanding of quality metrics, OKRs, and KPIs, with the ability to monitor and evaluate team performance.
Strong analytical thinking skills with high attention to detail.
Experienced in preparing structured weekly and monthly performance reports.
Minimum 13 years of relevant working experience in QA, operations, or related roles.
Demonstrated high initiative, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to ensure smooth and efficient operational processes.
