Manage procurement planning and ensure effective implementation of policies and procedures.
Validate procurement requests and conduct budget, cost, and price analysis.
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, including vendor evaluation and selection.
Monitor vendor contracts and performance to ensure compliance with agreed terms.
Support users with procurement advice and drive continuous process improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related fields, with 3–5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in building or infrastructure projects.
Proficient in quantity measurement, technical drawing analysis, cost planning, cost estimation, and cost control.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, building materials, industry standards, and regulations.
Good understanding of construction contracts (FIDIC, lump sum, unit price), including variation orders and claim management.
Familiar with procurement, tender processes, and vendor/subcontractor negotiation, with strong analytical, logical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills; QS certification (CQS, IQSI, RICS, etc.) is preferred.
