Job Descriptions :
- Oversee all procurement activities for goods and services to support company operations
- Select and evaluate vendors/subcontractors in accordance with company standards
- Prepare PO/Contract/Agreement
- Conduct price, quality and delivery time negotiations to achieve cost efficiency
- Ensure completeness and compliance of external and internal audit documents
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and industry trends
- Monitor and track order status to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors
- Identify potential risks in the procurement process and develop mitigation strategies
Job Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Engineering or Management
- Having experience in procurement in EPC Company at least 10 years
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrate strong managerial skills in planning, organizing, problem solving, analytical thinking, decision making and strategic thinking
