Adecco is currently assisting our client in hiring a Procurement Operations Team Lead (SME) to support procurement operations delivery within a managed services environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily procurement operations activities across multiple procurement functions
- Monitor SLA, KPI, backlog, and operational performance
- Oversee procurement processes including PR/PO, vendor management, inventory, and reporting activities
- Ensure proper governance, compliance, and operational controls within procurement processes
- Handle escalations and coordinate with internal stakeholders including Finance, Legal, and Business teams
- Lead and develop procurement operations team members
- Drive process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
- Ensure accurate SAP procurement process execution and reporting
Requirements:
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Procurement Operations
- Proven experience leading procurement/shared services/BPO operational teams
- Strong hands-on SAP ECC procurement knowledge
- Experience handling procurement governance, SLA/KPI monitoring, and operational escalations
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership capability
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related fields

- Manufacturing, FMCG, petrochemical, or multinational companies
