Job Description

Adecco is currently assisting our client in hiring a Procurement Operations Team Lead (SME) to support procurement operations delivery within a managed services environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily procurement operations activities across multiple procurement functions
  • Monitor SLA, KPI, backlog, and operational performance
  • Oversee procurement processes including PR/PO, vendor management, inventory, and reporting activities
  • Ensure proper governance, compliance, and operational controls within procurement processes
  • Handle escalations and coordinate with internal stakeholders including Finance, Legal, and Business teams
  • Lead and develop procurement operations team members
  • Drive process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
  • Ensure accurate SAP procurement process execution and reporting

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Procurement Operations
  • Proven experience leading procurement/shared services/BPO operational teams
  • Strong hands-on SAP ECC procurement knowledge
  • Experience handling procurement governance, SLA/KPI monitoring, and operational escalations
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership capability
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related fields

Preferred Background:

  • Shared services / BPO / managed services environment
  • Manufacturing, FMCG, petrochemical, or multinational companies
  • Strong operational and process-oriented mindset
