Support supplier due diligence activities to ensure compliance with company Code of Conduct and procurement policies
Execute Vendor Master registration and documentation for newly approved suppliers
Support contract administration by ensuring contracts are properly documented, updated, and adhered to in daily operations
Maintain accurate procurement data, supplier records, and reporting in procurement systems
Execute daily procurement and supply activities for packaging materials in alignment with procurement strategies and plant requirements
Monitor material deliveries and proactively follow up on delays, shortages, or deviations
Track and monitor supplier performance against agreed delivery, quality, and service KPIs
Support supplier performance reviews together with Procurement Direct, S&OP, and SCQM teams
Act as the primary operational contact for suppliers on day-to-day supply and delivery matters
