What you will do but not limited to:
Manage and optimize end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, tendering, negotiation, and contract management
Conduct surveys to evaluate potential partners and commodities based on predefined parameters
Support procurement activities for digital goods and other operational sourcing needs
Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies to drive cost savings and efficiency
Monitor supplier performance and manage supplier relationships to drive continuous improvement
Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide guidance and support in supplier selection and evaluation
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or any related field
Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in procurement or supply chain management
Experience in the Agribusiness sector is preferred
Strong knowledge of vendor management, contract management, and resource management
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
