Job Description

Company Description New Dizzi Interior is an interior design and build services company founded in 2003, specializing in creating functional and aesthetic spaces for a wide range of clients. Headquartered in Indonesia, the company operates branch offices in Surabaya and Jakarta.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Procurement Officer role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Procurement Officer will manage end-to-end purchasing activities, including sourcing suppliers, requesting and evaluating quotations, and preparing purchase orders in line with project requirements and company policies. The role involves negotiating contracts and pricing, monitoring delivery schedules, and ensuring materials and services are procured on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. The Procurement Officer will maintain accurate procurement records, update vendor databases, and collaborate closely with project, design, and finance teams to support ongoing interior build projects. Daily responsibilities also include tracking inventory levels, resolving supply issues, and contributing to process improvements in procurement operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong procurement and purchasing skills, with experience managing sourcing processes and supplier relationships.
  • Proficiency in handling purchase orders and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability in contract negotiation, including pricing, terms, and service levels with vendors and contractors.
  • Solid analytical skills to compare quotations, evaluate supplier performance, and optimize cost, quality, and delivery.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in construction, interior design, fit-out, or related industries is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build positive vendor relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or procurement software is preferred.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and working proficiency in English are beneficial.
  • 3+ years of experience in procurement based role
