What You Will Experience:

1. Managing the end-to-end purchasing request.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, monitoring performance and service quality.
3. Coordinate with internal and vendors teams to understand material/service requirements and delivery schedules.
4. Manage contracts, purchase orders, and related documentation in compliance with company policies.
5. Liase with supplier to obtain quotation, confirm orders and resolve issue.

What is Required:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; and document management system.
• Clear communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
