Responsibilities
As an Procurement Intern, you will support purchasing activities by monitoring and processing purchase requests (PRs) into purchase orders (POs), assisting with vendor sourcing, drafting QCFs and contract documents, and conducting basic market analysis. This role works closely with the Category Manager and Category Analyst to ensure smooth and accurate administrative operations.
Requirements
- Final year student (with no class to attend) or Fresh Graduate, majoring in Industrial Engineering or any related majors.
- Good communication skills, fast learner, and adaptable.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Domicile in Jabodetabek
- Willing to join for 6 months internship duration with commitment
- Available to fully work from office (WFO) and available to join ASAP
