Job Requirement

• Candidate minimum Bachelor's Degree, all major
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position (preferably in a retail beauty, insurance company)
• Experience in Procurement/ Purchasing role - indirect procurement
• Experience in marketing service (sourcing for merchandise and POSM)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills

Job Description

• Sourcing suppliers of goods and services
• Process purchase from sourcing, comparison, contracting and P2P (Procure to Pay)
• Negotiate terms with suppliers such as price, quality of goods/service, deadlines, after sales and etc
• Liaise with suppliers regarding updates and details of goods
• Create purchase orders
• Monitor delivery of goods until inbound warehouse
• Assist with administration process and procurement data needs
