Procurement Manufacturing Staff (Furniture)

We are seeking a Manufacturing Procurement Staff (Furniture) to join the VIVERE GROUP. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting our manufacturing operations by managing the procurement of materials, components, and services essential to our furniture production. As a Manufacturing Procurement Staff member, you will be instrumental in ensuring the timely acquisition of quality materials whilst maintaining cost efficiency and building strong supplier relationships. Your work will directly impact our production schedules, product quality, and overall operational success.

What we're looking for

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major, preferably in Architecture Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Interior Design.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or project (Wood working or furniture industry).
• Proficient in using SAP systems.
• Good understanding of supply chain management processes.
• High integrity and discipline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills to secure the best prices from vendors.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and accurate.
• Fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Excel is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work well in a team.
• Able to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
